Ed Paturzo - Owner/Operator, Revamp Home Makeovers
Ed is an architect, a real estate investor, a licensed and insured general contractor and a graduate of Northeastern University with innovative and successful design, real estate and construction experience in both residential and commercial projects.
Since 2019, Ed has purchased residential real estate, envisioned the potential and led the redesign and construction efforts to transform existing outdated houses into beautiful, modern homes. In 2020, Ed began flipping homes full time and established himself as a transformational expert under the name Revamp Home Makeovers. Having completed numerous high-quality flips, home values for completed projects increased in value nearly 57% on average post-revamp. During this time, Ed has also shared his expertise with homeowners, assisting and leading remodel efforts ranging from patios and walkways to full bathroom and kitchen renovations and additions.
Prior to Revamp Home Makeovers, Ed was a Real Estate and Construction Development executive at Dunkin’ Donuts, most recently leading the New England and New York Real Estate & Construction teams. Under Ed’s leadership, he and his team oversaw all new builds and remodeled hundreds of existing Dunkin’s annually. Prior to Dunkin’, Ed held various architectural and construction project management positions at Stride Rite and Staples. He also designed and developed numerous residential and commercial projects through the years for a variety of clients including homeowners, architects and general contractors.
Having established a broad understanding and hands on approach in all aspects of design, construction and real estate development, Ed’s versatility and extensive experience has set him up for continued success in the Home Makeover business.
